EDClass

Determining a minimum usage for observing impact on students is challenging due to individual differences. However, based on our experience, we recommend an average of one hour of engagement per subject, per day as a general starting point. This level of interaction is often sufficient to see positive outcomes in knowledge acquisition, attainment, and behaviour. It's crucial to emphasize that individual needs vary significantly. Factors such as learning style, subject complexity, and student support requirements influence optimal usage. EDClass offers flexibility to accommodate diverse learners, allowing educators to tailor the platform to specific student needs.

Most Helpful Reviews

KAZ Touch Typing

Aurelia Segrue, Sixth Form Office Coordinator: It is so useful for students in relation to preparing for the lofe in the work place.
Trevor Boland, Assistive Technology Officer: Typing skills are a life long skill but unfortunately they have become lost in terms of it's importance, to an extent, in this digital world we are in. Refocusing the attention on digital fundaments will add to the increased digital skills, digital literacy and digtial well being - the ability to be create written content is something we all can and will do so why not have a strong foundation in typing skills to set up your potentail for success. Take the time to invest in this skill and it will pay off in vast amounts in all aspects of your life.
Shawn Miller, Project manager: It is a fantactic program. Step by step, easy to learn. All you have to do is put in the time. I am 48, and never had any experience with touch typing, now after only 5 months, I am at 35-40 words per minute. My goal is to be at 50 by the end of the next month. Somtimes you can teach an old dog new tricks. Additionally, the staff responses to any issue's that I have had has been quick and sorted within days. I never felt any kind of runaround, they generally listened AND took action to responded promptly to any of my concerns. Fantastic product and fantastic company!

EDClass

Farhan Patel, Learning Mentor: This is a great service to use as an educational platform and also as a safeguarding children at home tool
Kyle Dixon, Inclusion Lead: I would recommend EDClass for a number of reasons. The first being the that the customer service team are extremely helpful. No matter which member of the team answers the phone, everyone is always there to help no matter what the query. Genuinely really nice people who are very helpful. Requests are always followed up straight away with no delay which is especially helpful for a school as it is really fast paced and things need to be put in place quickly. The second being the accessibility for staff. The daily attendance alerts you receive via email and text mean that you don't have to make time to look at student attendance on the account. This is helpful for me as I have such a busy schedule and don't have time to look everyday.
John Vincent, Vice Principle: The resources are appropriate for every key stage and the level of work maps into our curriculum. The platform is easy to use for staff and students. The safeguarding elements are a key feature.
