Schools receive an 'Admin Account' which can then create individual teacher logins. The printers are installed locally on teachers' machines which normally takes 10-15 minutes. Our web application is accessed via Google Chrome and our mobile app is available for both iOs and Android devices. From a teacher's point of view, Mark Mate has been designed to be simple and intuitive to use.
We provide free, 1:1 training via Zoom for all of our users. This can be booked at any time using our online booking system and can be used as many times as you like. We are a company built by teachers to support teachers so we want to do everything we can to help!
We'll arrange training online - we do one session before you start and another at the end of your first term as standard, with unlimited customer support for all staff from the moment you join. We also run a program of free online CPD for all users, as part of membership.
Using our 'Printer Wizard' setup is quick and easy. Installing the label printer normally takes around 10 minutes. Creating classes and pieces of work takes between 5 - 20 minutes depending on your needs.
