What is MyConcern®?
MyConcern by The Safeguarding Company is a Queen’s award-winning safeguarding software used by schools and colleges to report, record and monitor concerns.
Designed by child protection professionals, it is intuitive, easy to navigate and suitable for any educational setting, allowing anyone responsible for the protection of children, young people and adults at risk to easily manage and record all safeguarding and wellbeing concerns.
MyConcern provides peace of mind to safeguarding leads by helping meet all statutory, legal and moral obligations they have to those in their care. It also saves time by dramatically scaling down time spent collating details of case management for weekly meetings, case reviews and other investigations.
MyConcern creates a team around the child, providing your organisation with a higher-level view and deeper understanding of the issues they face. Safeguarding leads can manage and prioritise ongoing concerns, as well as delegate tasks to other team members.
If appropriate, MyConcern provides a secure platform to transfer safeguarding records to other organisations and trusted external agencies – even those who do not have MyConcern installed.
