There are some things that I was hoping Tucasi was able to do electronically and not manually, for example blocking/ or not allowing parents to be able to purchase any other trips when they have outstanding debts.

    Normally when trips go live some parents phones are not compatible which causes complaints by parents, especially when they miss the opportunity to purchase a trip of their choice. However this week Laura from Tucasi, help me over the phone giving me step by step guidance on how to carry out a refund for a parent. This Parent was extremely happy as the refund was in their account within 24 hours. Laura was professionally and efficient and allowed me to get on to my next task within minutes. Thank you once again Laura!
