We find it is really good at helping staff understand the ability of learners in their classes and so it helps challenge pupils. We also find it really impactful to see how different classes fare against each other in a cohort based on different class teachers and identify where teaching and learning is excellent or needs to improve. The main difficulties we have is with the upload process and the mapping. Often I have to restart a process if one area is wrong. Being able to update the data whilst uploading it would be extremely helpful.
