ALPS removes the guesswork from tracking student progress. Instead of manually analysing multiple data points, teachers and leaders get clear, colour-coded performance indicators that immediately highlight strengths and areas for development. This saves hours of data analysis, allowing staff to focus on teaching and targeted support rather than admin-heavy tracking.

Reply from Alps:Hi Phil, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us such a fantastic review, we are delighted to read your feedback and are so pleased to hear that our platforms have had such a valuable impact for your school and team. Best wishes, All the team at Alps
Mr Phil Meredith found Alps:
  • Significantly improves attainment
By using ALPS Connect, we have been able to track student performance in real-time and identify those who were underperforming compared to their target grades. As a result, subject teachers and pastoral leaders have worked collaboratively to implement personalised intervention plans. This has allowed us to make better progress with our students, especially our vulnerable learners.
  • Significantly improves school processes
More Effective Data-Driven Decision Making Before ALPS, student progress tracking relied heavily on broad, periodic assessments. Now, ALPS has streamlined data analysis, allowing us to. Monitor student progress in real-time using ALPS Connect, ensuring no student ‘slips through the cracks’. Compare department performance using the ALPS traffic light system, leading to early identification of strengths and areas for development. Inform whole-school improvement strategies, with leadership teams able to quickly assess trends in student attainment. As a result, departmental and whole-school planning is now more evidence-based and proactive, rather than reactive.
  • Significantly improves teaching efficiency
Before ALPS, department meetings often focused on generic discussions about student progress. Now, meetings are more structured and data-driven, leading to, Quicker identification of areas for improvement—ALPS reports allow subject leaders to pinpoint which classes or topics need additional focus. More targeted CPD discussions—Teachers share best practices for improving student outcomes based on ALPS insights. Better allocation of support staff and interventions—Teaching assistants and intervention programmes are directed toward students who need them most.
