Bluesky is good for school leaders to collect information, but there is lots of things needing to be clicked for, it is not logical at times and it has no improvement on the day to day teacher

- Does not significantly reduce teacher workload“We have to general a CPD (normally done by SLT) and add comments before, after and later for impact. Not every training session will lead to an impact”
- Slightly improves teaching efficiency
- Slightly improves teacher wellbeing“It is just a collection of information so I fail to see how it will help wellbeing (or maybe our school only using it for that)”
- Slightly improves teacher knowledge“Same as above”
- Slightly improves school processes“See above”
