Tes Safeguarding (EduCare)
Natasha Francis

This year, I am teaching kindergaten. KG teacher.

School of Arts and Science of Jianghan University, China

Used Tes Safeguarding (EduCare) weekly for 4-6 months

Aug 2024

If it is a test that I underwent, it did allow some people to actually switch off as the answers were easy to guess. And yet, not having listened to how and why exactly something constitutes a safeguarding issue, helped increase awareness.

Natasha Francis found Tes Safeguarding (EduCare):
  • Slightly provides school data
I am not sure this relates to my school, we are subscribed to TES develop to do various courses. I have done one on safeguarding recently so have not done it with TES Develop.
  • Slightly improves teacher knowledge
Well, I assume that the safeguarding course I did sometime ago was via TES - it was very informative. Sometimes the examples were basic but were necessary, to drive home the importance of knowing what behaviours/actions can actually be a safeguarding issue.
  • Moderately improves school processes
People are more prepared to challenge behaviours or report them to relevant persons.
  • Moderately improves behaviour or wellbeing
