• Improves teacher knowledge“The trainings provided by Tes provide teachers with knowledge that is either already known and it is a great review, or new knowledge that teachers are able to learn and understand in a simple and interactive way. Even for information that I already knew when completing my trainings, it was nice to hear it, see it, and participate in my own learning to solidify my prior knowledge.”
• Improves behaviour or wellbeing“The behaviours and wellbeing of our students is a top priority for teachers. Tes trainings have helped me to view the behaviors of my students differently in certain situations that lead to stronger wellbeing of my students. Sometimes teachers can get bogged down in situations and not able to see the bigger picture. My Tes trainings have pointed out helpful tips and signs to look for to ultimately help me be a better teacher for my students.”
