Used Lexia Reading Skills Software daily for 5+ years

As a retired headteacher of a primary school, I saw first hand the impact that Lexia had in supporting students who were struggling developing their reading skills. Now working in a secondary school I was unsure if it would have the same impact. Initially the programme was used during form time and it was not having a lot of impact. However, we reviewed how it was used and made changes, and now students using the programme are showing the same level of improvement in developing their skills that I saw in the primary school.

With Lexia's excellent tracking system I can also ensure that students are accessing all areas of the programme in equal parts and not just the ones they want to, e.g. students try to avoid grammar.”
