Reply from Lexia Reading Skills Software:Thank you for your review. I will ensure your suggestions are passed on to the development team. Just so you are aware, students should pick up where they left off in a unit after they have completed additional instruction. We suggest checking that the students have not accidently clicked 'back' or 'refresh' in their web browser. If you have any questions at all, you are welcome to get in touch with our knowledgeable Customer Care team. We can also provide support to ensure you can get the most out of myLexia reports.
Sophia found Lexia Reading Skills Software:
  • Does not reduce teacher workload
This is a separate intervention which is co-curricular
  • Does not provide school data
Unaware but this does reflect in Individual Learning Plan data
  • Slightly improves teaching efficiency
Unsure as I am not a teacher. The ultimate goal, of course, is that the pupil will have improved literacy skills which - in turn - benefit their learning as a whole.
  • Moderately improves attainment
Reading Fluency and punctuation marks sometimes improved when speaking with pupils' english teachers
  • Moderately builds student knowledge
I can see the comprehension units are absorbed
