Purple Mash is pretty good but my main issue is that it often seems too advanced for Infant students and is aimed at Junior children. The games are often too difficult or too fast for Infants. It would really help if we could have control over the applications such as being able to remove the time restriction on Fractonio's Pizzeria so that children have more time to work out what they need to do - or have a teacher explain it to them. Sequence Snake would be better if we had options to slow it down and choose the things that need to be picked up. We could then do 1,2,3,4,5,6 or 10, 20, 30.. or A..B..C..D... Another example is the Animal Needs exercise. Lots of our children find the whole thing too complicated. We really just need a blank page where we can add a picture and put in some text - especially at the start of the year in Year 1. There are probably loads of other improvements I could suggest but basically they all come down to things being too complicated for our children. We also have a number of SEN children and they could do with some really simple activities. Purple Mash is good but could be so much better for Infant children.
