We have been working especially hard this year to ensure we’re meeting our schools’ expectations, by sending check-in emails, making termly portal announcements inviting feedback, sending termly newsletters (inviting feedback) and carrying out a satisfaction survey.
We’d really like to help you with your Schoolaspect account and would like to reassure you we are always here to offer unlimited training and support, as well as make improvements based on feedback given.
We have emailed you personally before posting our reply here, and hope you will get in touch with us so we can improve you and your colleagues' experience. We’re happy to meet virtually at any time convenient to you to have a chat.
