We work with you to plan your system and set it up to match your requirements, e.g. recreating lesson observation forms, determining check-in dates, agree your strategic goals and outcomes, etc. This is completed in a one-hour session. We then aim to have you up and running within one working day.

Yes - as a college, we previously used several word documents and templates that were then stored in different platforms i.e. SharePoint so bringing all the information together took a long time. CollegeiP has become the platform where we are able to streamline processes, make them consistent whilst also producing data for SLT. We are able to pull the full appraisal and observation processes together whilst also showing support and CPD - all this being live to the manager and the staff member whereas previously, we had to use several other platforms for checking - it brings back the accountability for staff and managers. Curriculum are working really well and they advise that other college processes could be carried out in CollegeiP so we are going to look at these things as part of the development for the academic year 23/24.

It is sometimes difficult to manouver, for exmaple clicking ';back' does not take you back you often have to start the process over again, therfore it can feel a bit clumsy at times

In my role, tasks that can be done in a few minutes within SchooliP, but they were taking significantly longer without the platform. All staff find the visual representations an excellent way of determining progress, areas for development etc. This applies to appraisal as well as school development plans. We have a single system that has brought consistency, reduced workload and centralised tasks and activities. We purchased a three-year subscription because we were so impressed by the functionalities and how it would impact on administrative tasks (for example). I am glad to say that the product has delivered and continues to deliver. It is very hard to imagine returning to our old way of working with various platforms, file sharing sites etc.

    Staff can be more efficient by working with a system that centralises so much information so they are able to undertake other duties. In effect, SchooliP enables staff productivity without additional staffing costs.

    School development planning has become much easier as SchooliP in terms of leadership and management being able to work collaboratively or on their specific areas of responsibility independently at time that is suitable for them. Teachers and the Senior Leadership Team have been able to easily add evidence of standards and professional development, ensuring it links to areas of school development. We were able to start an initial appraisal easily and with very little time required by teachers to self-evaluate.
  • Significantly provides school data
    There is an ability to track professional development and quickly generate reports as needed related to teacher performance. SchooliP contains all the information needed to save time on data presentation and allows us to focus far more on what the data is telling us.
  • Moderately improves teacher wellbeing
    The creation of the development plan and being able to easily generate strategic plans, progress reviews etc has meant that our teachers have a much clearer idea of priorities and avoiding the duplication of work that was occurring before leading to a sense of frustration. Teachers have found the platform easy to use, in an intuitive sense, therefore they see the value of SchooliP and recognise how it functions to streamline school information and management.

    Our process of creating and reviewing the development plan has been streamlined and standardised. SchooliP has brought consistency in terms of development plans and clearer lines of accountability.

Great support staff, easy to use and able to access it from any type of device provided you have wi-fi access. I am able to get reports from the system which saves time trying to get this information from individuals. I can access this information at any time. Individual trainers have full access of their information which is protected by GDPR.

The product is fantastic for schools and MATs. It allows for the performance management of staff, school and MAT level developments plans, MAT level audits and of course a schools SEF all of which can be viewed by the school and MAT. In short it helps to streamline our process.

    We use the date collected on SchooliP to check on the performance of our current cohort of trainee teachers and to check that our protocols are adhered to across all partner schools
  • Does not improve teacher wellbeing
    We don't use SchooliP for that purpose.
  • Moderately improves school processes
    We can determine where support is needed by the way school staff engage with SchooliP and if our processes need adapting for school staff to better manage their workload.
