I am very new to My New Term, however the experience I've had so far has made my job so much easier when picking up the recruitment. There are so many aspects that I can do at the click of a button which I haven't been able to do before. It is more efficient, effective and has saved me a great deal of time. Positive feedback has been received from our candidates too.
