Getting information from staff about pupils can be a real headache but our optional School Robins plugin makes this super streamlined. When you need to know something from staff they get sent an email, but all of their replies are collated and attached to the pupil. Less SENCO time hunting down paperwork!

We are still finding our way around provision map. It is a good resource and I am sure the score will improve over the next academic year when staff are more established at using it.

It has elements that are great, but it doesn't do everything so then you end up with multiple systems and it becomes another admin job

No tech support or guidance when transferring sen status from Islam’s to provision map. We have been told to do it manually which increases our working load! Still waiting to be cancelled and refunded!

I find it very beneficial but this is the only product that I have tried so don't know if there is anything that would be better. Some staff report that it is difficult to use as they are not as familiar with it as I am. Forgetting to save when creating a plan has caused frustrations for staff on a number of occasions.

I still do not feel confident in using. I find it difficult to spend the time to increase knowledge. I would give a higher score if I felt confident in my own knowledge of using.

There are some things that I wish it did that it doesn't do - allowing upload of more than one file at a time for a pupil, for example (e.g. linked to an EHCNA request there can be several files received at once which all have to be uploaded separately).

It is brilliant to have all SEND information in one place. It would be useful for teachers to be able to see passports on screen without having to click on the 3 dots . We do not want classroom teachers to be able to edit or download passports/plans but they need to view the. (printing or downloading go against schools GDPR rules)

Having everything stored in one place makes a huge difference for the teachers and myself and therefore, most importantly, the children.

Its made my life so much easier . everything is in one place . I can work from home and I can access secure information . EHCP requests are so much easier . I do feel I need to find out how much more I can use it .

There are some tweaks that are needed that make it really annoying to use, and add to workload - for example only being able to add one file at a time, when you are inputting a whole year group this is a laborious process at the beginning of the academic year - that stop me giving a higher rating
